I was in the process of moving in January but Rainbow had some boots on sale that I wanted and I know to be careful purchasing from Rainbow because in the past they've been known to sale people used items that people return with doing anything to clean them just throw them in a bag and I would just send them back or take them back to the local store. This time was different.
I didn't think anything of it. I opened the box and showed my mother a boot and put it away and we moved out a month later. Brand new, tag on the bottom, styrofoam still in there but pink makeup or marker all over both boots I found out this month in March. I can't help it because this is their practice and I found out an extra month later.
I called them and I emailed them and they said basically one month now it's a you problem. I've spent thousands of dollars at this place. Literally but I will never ever purchase anything from them online anymore. If I can't see it then it's a wrap.
I'm still debating on whether or not I will ever shop there again since I have to purchase something to clean a pair of boots that one of their factory workers tossed back in a bag and shipped to me.
Thanks but no thanks Rainbow. That's a HEPA violation.

Verified Reviewer |Rigid and Inflexible With Return Policy When Sent Incorrect Items
Was sent the wrong items twice within a two week span. Two Separate Transactions.
Rainbow does not offer online exchanges. In order to get the item that was correctly ordered, but received as incorrect, you have to return to your local post office and repurchase. I did this twice because of Rainbow's errors. I asked if they could send me the correct item once the return was received, & was told that it couldn't be done even after all of the inconveniences.
Discount codes do not solve everything. All I want is the product I ordered sent to me. Online shopping is supposed to provide convenience. This has done the exact opposite.
Customer Satisfaction equals longevity. Cost effective pricing is not the trade off for integrity.

10/6/2023I received a message that Rainbow read my message and opted not to respond. No worries, when my order does arrive, everything will be returned for my refund. I will never shop at this place again!!!
I clicked the card and added the amount, and submitted. It showed my ZIP card as the payment card selected. Once I hit submit, I noticed that the payment option selected had changed to my regular visa card and charged my card for the full amount. I contacted customer service and spoke to Rebecca 3 minutes after the order was placed, as it says if you need to cancel you have 15 minute's to do so.
Well she never asked me for my order number, she just said that once I submit the order it cannot be changed or cancelled. I just wanted to change my payment option or cancel to reorder under the correct payment option (ZIP) and she could not do it.
This needs to change immediately as Rainbow is not even abiding by the 15 minutes they give you to make changes to your order. I am so pissed at this transaction, as I shop in Rainbow frequently.

- Decent prices

- Customer service is no help when there is an error
- Changes sizes added for items when out of stock

There should be a 0 rating but I had to put something. This company is unethical.
I trusted them with my money and I didnt receive what I ordered and that was the first issue. Then we have the lack of customer service skills when I asked for a refund. 4 items were missing out of 13. Ive spent $385 & $171 and Ive spent money countless of times inside a rainbow store even doing reviews on my YouTube platform.
I waited 5 business days and Jan 20th to Jan 25 after no update I decided to call back and was placed on hold for 38 minutes and hung up on after waiting 45 to speak to someone. The agents never showed empathy nor did they call back. I sent another email in regards to the terrible customer service and lack of communication. I get a email back unprofessional to say the least that I will not get a refund because the weight of the product matched what was sent.
The weight of what was sent doesnt account for what wasnt sent. Of course it matches because the mistake was on your fulfillment end you all forgot to include my 4 items and refuse to refund.
I am disputing full charge with my bank. Understand reviews dont lie and the ceo doesnt care about the customers and it shows.

Aggessive costumer service at Rainbow Store.
My name is Megan Pedias, I regularly visit Rainbow store located at 9409 US-19 Port Richey Florida inside Gulf View Mall an employee named Laine treaded me aggressively and using ugly words I let them know what happened to her the employee name Mariah in the register ignored me when I complain about the way she insults, on Saturday night Laine don't let me enter the store and closed the door in my face with 7 minutes left to close the store was at 7:52 p.m, I had to return the next day to change the dress that didn't fit me, an employee named Maria greeted me and treated me kindly and professionally, I explained to her what happened to me with the another aggressive employee, Maria apologizes a couple of times for what happened, she helps me find the right size, showed me another dresses I liked one, and I decided to buyer and the assistant manager in the register was kind too, I hope the Rainbow management take action on this aggressive employee, the store manager Laura know what's going now and don't take actions. Thanks Megan Pedias.
