I simply wanted to exchange for a larger size. I didn't ask for, nor did I deserve the attitude, the condescending tone, or the implication of management's personal views. I will NEVER shop there again. If their store management continues to conduct themselves in such a manner, this store will be closed in no time.

Poor customer service!!

I shopped at rainbow store yesterday and didn’t realized my 3 shirts that I bought wasn’t in the bag so I called the store and told them what happened and they told me to go to store and bring everything. But when I came to the store and talked to one of the employee and she gave me an attitude like she thinks I just wanted a free stuff? For 18 dollars? Are you kidding me?? I even left from work early just to go back to that store. And she even checked the camera to make sure and When she returned she just asked me which one was missing and even told the employee that she will pay for the missing shirts. Why would she pay for those shirts and When i already paid for them?? I am really upset for this!!

So you forget your shirt, and she has to believe you just because you say? even had the cheek to check camera?

babe, this is a 2018 world full of could be liars and cheats, you are not a snowflake, she was in the right to check, and the footage was probably inconclusive thus she gave you the shirt with a chance that she would have to reimburse it - hence her last statement.

do you feel like an ungrateful person?. You got that shirt and still had to moan here.

Bad manager

While visit store #01406 the manager on duty at the time was in a personal call or her cell phone cussing being u professional and also had an altercation with several young ladies in the doorway in front the entire store of customers

I went in for a refund and the manager lied to my face n told me that she did not have enough money n her drawer to refund me for a $69.00! So she put it on my debit card n now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for my cash!!! I'm pissed to the max!!!!! If I wanted to wait for my cash I would have waited to return the items!!!! These clothes are so ugly all these flowers they need to stop already they are hideous. and too busy. Every plus side women isn't sloppy and fat. Its like they really to trying to make plus women look stupid.

Closed fitting rooms

Why did you close the fitting rooms. As you know your clothes are not the best fit but inexpensive.

I spent thousands of dollars at rainbow. I have 4 girls and have to try clothes on to buy. Your current policy is simply put STUPID I dont know WHY you closed them but you owe your customers an explaination. If it is because of stop loss it unfair to your honest paying customers.

Of this policy. I am done. AT least give your customers a reason.

I am so tired of big corporations treating customers like nothing. If it was not for us there would be no RAINBOW !!!!

Facts give fuc*ing dressing rooms , unbelievable I gotta come back from home if something doesn't fit , most of these stores have plenty of workers just walking around that could monitor a dressing room

I went to a rainbow store today at my local mall and after spending quite some time picking out the clothing I wanted to try on, I was notified there were no more dressing rooms. The lady at the register reminded me of the return policy of seven days.

I promptly put everything back where it belonged and walked out of the store.

I don’t need the hassle of paying and taking everything to my house trying it on and bringing it back if I don’t like it. You don’t deserve my money !

Horrible Customer service

I went into Rainbows route 440 jcnj and the customer service was the worse the supposedly assistant manager was on her phone(personal cell phone) while taking customers having a whole conversation in her language was very rude during whole transaction and didn’t even care at all I have been in retail 16yrs I know it can be a headache but the store had only about 6 customers no line but she’s walking around and handling the register on phone that’s the reason for breaks then I called customer service and They acted like they didn’t care about the situation just basically said she will give complaint to district manager and that’s it I asked was there follow up information she like no what kind of company is being ran here very very unprofessional

Could not cancel my order immediately

Once I clicked place order I got an error message and hours later I still cannot access the website from my laptop. I looked for reviews before I paid but did not any negative ones until afterward. I have no idea what to expect now from what I understand it's a waste of time to call customer service.

The store in Jackson, Ms is horrible. Only one cashier is professional throughout the entire store. The other ladies are jus ghetto, loud and very unprofessional. The manager (don’t know what her name is because nobody wears a name badge) lied and said they didn’t sell a brand of pants that she by the way sold me. The pants I brought back didn’t have a tag bc when I bought them she ringed another pair of pants and didn’t give me a receipt. They staff needs to be changed immediately. This was on my previous visit. Today I went in to make a return and the cashier acted as if I lied about a return and she had the receipt in her hand. Had to wait forever for her to fix it. She did apologize but really. The other cashier was really nice a friendly.

Shipped my cancelled order

I cancelled my order 1 minute after placing my order because i changed my mind. They sent me a cancellation email. Next day I checked my account to see money missing and when I checked rainbow the order status said shipped. They didn't even email me a shipping confirmation. Now I'm in overdraft! I need my money back!!! Its their responsibility to call FedEx and reroute the order. I NEED MY MONEY! THESE PEOPLE ARE SHADY AF!

I went to Rainbow shop at Rockaway Townsquare mall in NJ. The staff were unhelpful and rude, blasting terrible music, and laughing at customers. I asked one African American girl if she could help me find something and her reply was, “No. find it yourself.” Then she turned to her co worker and said “Can you believe that *** wants to waste my time!” EXCUSE ME???? I will be taking this further with her district manager. What a bunch of spoilt unprofessional idiots!

I spent over $100on Wednesday, took back some items on Thursday, none of which had been with nor the tags removed, only to be looked down upon by a portly lady who had been staring me down in the parking lot before I came into the store. I filled out her information card and fished around for the receipt.

I proclaimed the would return once I had the receipt, which turned out to be within 30 minutes. She informed me that I could not return when items and that lingerie and underwear were not returnable. I chuckled and obviously agreed. I protested and showed the woman the status of the tiny strips fashioned into under garments, to which she said it's posted right here.

Here being adjacent to the link which crowded the counter, cleverly tucked on the side of the register. Of course, there aren't any alerts nor return oriented literature displayed next to the under garments. She looked at me as if I had stole something and that I would not be returning. Much to her dismay, I did.

With receipt in hand, I approached the counter. She sighed, and sent a part time employee to assist me.

I was spoken to in a truly disrespectful and condescending manner. All for a mere $15.
