On 9/22/17 I picked up a layaway that I put on layaway on 9/17/17 its was the long denim boots and a denim coat when i arrived home and later on that night when i went to wear the boots they had a split on the seam of the boots which means the boots was damage I returned the boots the next day and was told I could only receive a store credit , I explained to the cashier its not my fault the boots was damage and I wanted my money back she said its tore policy that you can only get a store credit, this is what i fell if your merchandise is damaged and you return it the next day there should not be any reason you cant receive you money back its not the customers fault the item was damage so I think Rainbow should correct this issue and talk to your store manager about speaking spanish to the cashier when the customer is speaking to them in english very disrespectful and unprofessional this is store #00100 I will never shop in the store again.
