I am extremely pissed off at the way Rainbow shops handles their returns and shipping.It's honestly ridiculous.

They messed up my order and I was sent the wrong item. Then after I tried to return the item and get my refund back they gave me a hassle at their stores and even over the phone it took over a month for me to receive my damn refund. When they finally did decide to process the refund they charged me for the shipping even though they said I wouldn't have to pay since it was the mistake of the company. And to make matters even worse I had ordered this item way before Christmas and am only just now receiving a partial refund for their mistake.

So ordering from Rainbow shops was honestly just a huge waste of my time.

I will never shop here again!And I'm gonna let everyone I know about my experience as well so they don't have to go through the same terrible experience I had to go through.
