I bought a 15 dollar hooded sweatshirt. I brought it back according to their policy.

, unworn, all tags attached. The man tossed it back at me and said it was worn. He said if I went to the floor and found one with little teeny tiny dots like this one had, just cheap bad fabric, he would return it. I was not about to do that as I was humiliated.

I left. I contacted corporate and they said they would report the problem. I heard nothing. I e mailed and heard nothing as well.

This store caters to a low socioeconomic group and does not value it's customers. I just need a cheap sweatshirt. I have plenty of money and will never set foot in that store again. They have a siege mentality and don't trust.

I also felt race was involved. I am a 60 year old white woman, well dressed. Not their usual cliental and they knew I would not act aggressively. Very poor quality but good for a cheap odd and end.

I will never go there again. I question how they stay in business......
