I purchased items online that i could not return to the store without the plastic bags it was shipped in but the items have tags.All i wanted to do was exchange items that was too small for a bigger size.

Called customer service with the only solution is tl return back to them for a refund that i did not want. To use the return shipping label $6.95 will be deducted from your refund amount. I am very disappointed will never order online again.

The worse part is poor customer service in most stores..no fitting room.You buy then go home to try on if it don't fit that's another trip back to return or exchange.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss return, exchange or cancellation policy of rainbow shops clothing. Rainbow Shops needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
