Being double charged since July
My account has been charged at spice. Essentially and I'm with baba after dark and my name on.
There is mine only and I can't get anywhere. No one will answer me. No one will return my call.
I put in a ticket and take it in August. And I'm still waiting.Bubbles mad at me because I told Bubba that something needs to be done.You guys are taking money out of my kid's mouth and I want my money back.That you have been double charge me

The customer service in this store and channel view sucks terribly I pay cash for my purchase came back three days later to return. I was told that there was not enough cash in the register to refund me that I needed to come back after lunch told the lady that I traveled 30 miles and that I was not going to make trips back-and-forth she still would not refund my money

Both managers at rainbow has visited other neighboring stores and verbally abuse minors working at the other stores around them, they come in and micromanage and ever curse at other stores they dont even work for and dont even work for them. Its obvious this job gives them power they dont have in their real life and feel like they can manage, harass, and verbally assault minors that are working in their own stores, and the stores around them.
after reading the rainbow reviews online its embarrassing to have someone tarnish a company name just because they dont know how to provide customer service & talk to people respectfully. Very embarrassing for the company.

Over charged on a item marked down
Have a have more professional sales people clean the stores up more otter I dont have enough words for 100 sale symbols. Its even hard to keep in contact corporate. This is crazy to me.

Two thieves that work there
I know two people that works at the store that are managers that are stealing cash and merchandise on a regular basically every time I go to the store they are stealing money from the stores and they are stealing merchandise I befriend both of them because I am a secret shopper. They dont have a clue who I am so I would like to talk to corporate so that I can feel the things on these two think they got it going on girls and would like to be paid so that they can get charged because no one wants anybody stealing anything I work for my money and they took my thousand dollars for my merchandise and split the money between their selves. Wow asked me not to use a credit card but cash money and I said why and they said why do you think OK Im a report it.

I brought a pair of pants is to big for me so yersday I went she told me I only had my respecint and I had left the tag home so I said I'll take them back to day with the tag and respeicnt and she still didn't give me my money back man this is so in breas that was of her all my money I spend with you guys am going to the court to fill a compant on your store

My package was left by FedEx, my package was left in the yard in front of the garage, not at the door and someone pull into my driveway and took both my packages.
Preferred solution: Full refund

To make sure that the employer/ mangers not giving out false information about your return policy. Saying that a item can't be returned due to it being a clearance item.

Only tried to do something
I ordered a pair of boots and then I decided to order another pair of boots all different styles and then I thought what am I doing on the same day I'm going to see if I can put them together I tried to cancel the first order but it would not allow me to so I could put the second pair of boots on the first order but it didn't work out that way but I'm not upset I was just trying to get both of my boots in one shipment to save on the cost of shipping and it just didn't happen that way.

Verified ReviewerRigid and Inflexible With Return Policy When Sent Incorrect Items
Was sent the wrong items twice within a two week span. Two Separate Transactions.
Rainbow does not offer online exchanges. In order to get the item that was correctly ordered, but received as incorrect, you have to return to your local post office and repurchase. I did this twice because of Rainbow's errors. I asked if they could send me the correct item once the return was received, & was told that it couldn't be done even after all of the inconveniences.
Discount codes do not solve everything. All I want is the product I ordered sent to me. Online shopping is supposed to provide convenience. This has done the exact opposite.
Customer Satisfaction equals longevity. Cost effective pricing is not the trade off for integrity.

I was in the process of moving in January but Rainbow had some boots on sale that I wanted and I know to be careful purchasing from Rainbow because in the past they've been known to sale people used items that people return with doing anything to clean them just throw them in a bag and I would just send them back or take them back to the local store. This time was different.
I didn't think anything of it. I opened the box and showed my mother a boot and put it away and we moved out a month later. Brand new, tag on the bottom, styrofoam still in there but pink makeup or marker all over both boots I found out this month in March. I can't help it because this is their practice and I found out an extra month later.
I called them and I emailed them and they said basically one month now it's a you problem. I've spent thousands of dollars at this place. Literally but I will never ever purchase anything from them online anymore. If I can't see it then it's a wrap.
I'm still debating on whether or not I will ever shop there again since I have to purchase something to clean a pair of boots that one of their factory workers tossed back in a bag and shipped to me.
Thanks but no thanks Rainbow. That's a HEPA violation.
User's recommendation: I would be careful about buying anything sight unseen from Rainbow and if you absolutely must, examine it carefully and if it's been worn, take it or mail it back immediately. Don't wait.

Havent been pleased at all with the individual that came to my house and sold it he should have been helping me get in touch with the person who was in charge he just gave me numbers and said it wasnt he responsibility financially after 8 phone calls 2 emails someone called me about the issue now Im waiting on to see what the problem is with my rainbow

I went shopping yesterday at rainbow off of Ames Boulevard in the shopping center on the corner of Ames Boulevard and Lapalco Boulevard and the lady who was working at the cash register. I lost my keys there and she told me I already told you you already checked, and the keys aint here But I drove to that store left of the store to get in my car and my keys were gone so they definitely in that store somewhere and she had the nastiest attitude ever so one of the other workers at rainbow was so nice.
She took down my phone number and said when she find them, shell give me a call, but the one that was working behind the register Needs to be fired because she was so unprofessional and everything telling me she told me my *** keys were not there . She also said didnt you come check already? I told you they not *** here but I will be sure to get her name today when I go back there to look for my keys again I had to get my son to bring me my extra key, but on that key ring that I lost has all my work keys on there my locker keys for work my car keys my daughters car keys that I had to drop my daughters car off at the dealership so now I cant pick up my daughters car because shes out of town once her car is finished. Im so disgusted would have someone working for yall like that, please give me a call back at 504-275-****.
