I bought a shirt for Christmas a few weeks ago and realized today when I started packing my bags for a vacation that it still has the sensor on it. I called the store and was told that I need a receipt.

I don't have the receipt because I purchased it a while back. I asked if there is anything else I can do to prove that I bought it (show my credit card etc.) but there is nothing they can do. I called headquarters and they said the same thing. So in the end, I have to throw away a shirt that I purchased because of their mistake.

Their alarm didn't go off in the store when I walked out so I assumed everything was okay.

I'm very disappointed and totally understand that someone could've stolen something and just asked to take the sensor off BUT, this is not the case. They really need to find another way to look up buyer history because who keeps receipts anymore?!

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
