I was in the store on 11/10/2018 the cashier was waiting on a customer so i decided to ask another younglady a question about a boot that was missing from the box while asking she gave a look as if i was bothering her so i apologize for bothering her so she went to the shoes where i was looking fot the boots (the box was empty) she then tells that was the last one and its on display and she can't remove it. I couldn't believe what she said being in retail a sale is better than no sale. My opinion if she's a manager she needs better training with that being said i have to think twice before returning to your store.

The staff member locked the door 15 minutes early as my grand daughter and I approached the door.
